Yoga for “The Pause”

Hot flashes

Yoga for The Pause is a series begining July 11 and will run for 8-weeks on Wednesdays 6:30pm – 8:00pm.  Classes and discussions will be designed around addressing the changes of the female form as we enter Peri-, Meno-, and Post-Menopause.  This series combines Yoga, meditation, discussion, and special education classes all specific to our changing bodies and minds.  Space will be held that is safe and non-judgemental for us to “air” our issues with like-minded women.

Along with yoga classes, 2 education classes are included that are specific to the changing sister.  Essential Oils are amazing in aiding certain issues that arise during this phase.  I will lead a class specific to EO and hormone changes.  Along with EO, herbs are wonderful additions to your self-care.  Guest speaker, Sally Meredith, will teach a class just fot that.  Sally is finishing up her degree at Maryland University of Integrative Health in Therapeutic Herbalism.  She is also the creator of the wonderful Winter Salve!  YES! 8 – 90-min Yoga classes ($20/class*)
2 – 60-min Education classes ($55/class*)
Access to private FB group Living the Pause Life (wtih series purchase)
Cost: $220 for entire series*
*purchase of entire series not required to participate.  classes may be purchased at individual rates.

We begin Wednesday July 11* and Pre-registration is required to reserve your space.  So contact me to get your spot secured.  Email, call/txt and I will gladly reserve your space for healing and understanding.
*July 11 class will be 6:30pm – 8:30pm as this will be our initial class to get things going.
